原子氧对航天器热控材料影响试验研究

Influence of the atomic oxygen on thermal control materials used in the spacecraft

  • 摘要: 原子氧对航天器热控材料的影响是航天器热控设计必须考虑的因素之一。文章对航天器舱外常用热控涂层和外用复合膜两类材料进行了地面原子氧及原子氧+远紫外辐照试验,试验获取了不同原子氧积分通量下涂层和复合膜的影响数据,并对热控材料实施部位性能退化的关系进行了分析,研究结果将为航天器热控设计与分析提供数据支持。

     

    Abstract: Atomic oxygen (AO) is one of the most severe space environment in LEO and is one of the important influencing factors in the spacecraft thermal control design and the materials selection. In this paper, two kinds of thermal control materials used in the spacecraft, such as coatings and films, are taken as the examples to study the influence of AO. Based on the experimental data, the influence in different application areas in the spacecraft is analyzed. The results might be used in the thermal design and the thermal analysis of spacecraft.
