航天器热控分系统对材料的需求分析

The demand of materials in the spacecraft thermal control subsystem

  • 摘要: 航天器热控分系统所使用的材料对于完成其任务具有重要的作用。文章介绍了航天器热控分系统对材料的要求以及应用情况,重点讨论了空间环境对热控材料的各种影响,并根据航天器总体和热控技术的发展需求,指出未来热控材料应重点发展高性能的导热和隔热材料、智能型热控涂层和新型功能型热控材料。

     

    Abstract: Materials play an important role in the spacecraft thermal control subsystem. This paper discusses the demand of thermal control materials and their applications in the system. The focus is on the effects of space environment on thermal control materials. It is shown that some key materials should be developed, such as high performance heat-conducting materials and heat-protection materials, intelligent thermal control coatings and new functional thermal control materials, in order to meet the demand in the development of the spacecraft system and thermal control technologies.
