Abstract: The reliability of spacecraft measurement system plays an important role in the process of spacecraft development and quality control. The development of modern measurement technology is discussed briefly. Then the paper discusses the reliability of the spacecraft measurement system, together with the reliability block diagram, mathematical model, the failure mode, effect and hazard analysis(FMEA). At the end, the system uncertainty is analyzed.
