相对变形约束下某离心机吊篮拓扑优化设计

Topology optimization design of centrifuge basket under relative deformation constraint

  • 摘要: 吊篮是离心机的承载结构,其质量直接影响到离心机的承载能力。基于HyperWorks/OptiStruct平台,以吊篮质量为目标函数,以吊篮平台最大变形为约束条件,采用变密度法对某离心机吊篮结构进行拓扑优化设计。有限元分析结果表明,拓扑优化后吊篮结构能够满足预设的最大变形约束条件,而且质量大为减小,很好地实现了轻量化目标。

     

    Abstract: For the basket, as a load bearing structure of a centrifuge, its load bearing capability is influenced by its mass. The topology optimization design of a centrifuge basket based on HyperWorks/OptiStruct is carried out by adopting the variable density method, taking the basket's mass as the objective and its largest deformation as the constraint. The result shows that after optimization, the mass of the basket is considerably reduced within the constraint of the deformation, which means that the load bearing capability of the centrifuge is improved.
