Abstract:
The numerical simulation and the experimental investigation for coupled aeroheating and structural thermal response over a typical part of a flight vehicle (Ma<6) are presented in this paper. Aeroheating is calculated by an engineering algorithm. The numerical simulation for coupled aeroheating and structural thermal response is carried out by adding the aeroheating calculation module to the self-developed code of the structural temperature field. The thermal simulation test for coupled aeroheating and structural thermal response is done by using the technique of the full-equation heat flux operation control. The numerical simulation method is validated by the experiment results.
