Abstract:
This paper presents the applications of MATLAB software to the treatment of data from the cryogenic temperature sensor. Linear or non-linear least-square methods are used for curve fitting, including cubic polynomial model, hyperbola model, power function model and Steinhart-Hart equation, which are compared and analyzed by taking the temperature vs resistance curve of the cryogenic temperature sensor as an example. The fitting results of these methods are evaluated by the residual standard deviation and the correlative coefficient.
