低温传感器测量数据基于MATLAB的 处理与分析

Treatment of measurement data from cryogenic temperature sensor based on MATLAB

  • 摘要: 文章介绍基于MATLAB的低温温度传感器测量数据的处理及分析方法,通过线性最小二乘法和无约束非线性优化法中的拟合模型工具对数据进行拟合,其中包括多项式、双曲线、幂函数、Steinhart-Hart经验公式等拟合模型工具,以低温温度传感器电阻与温度数据的曲线拟合为例,开展了各种模型的曲线拟合比较分析。最后通过剩余标准差和相关系数两项指标评价不同模型的拟合效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the applications of MATLAB software to the treatment of data from the cryogenic temperature sensor. Linear or non-linear least-square methods are used for curve fitting, including cubic polynomial model, hyperbola model, power function model and Steinhart-Hart equation, which are compared and analyzed by taking the temperature vs resistance curve of the cryogenic temperature sensor as an example. The fitting results of these methods are evaluated by the residual standard deviation and the correlative coefficient.
