Abstract:
According to the actual requirements of spacecran, different pattems are designed for the film-circuit heater. Two kinds of equatlons are solved the numerical approximation memod and me circuit diagrams are drawn based on me solutions of the equations and the drawing codes. Temperture data ofheater samples are acquired via the infrared camera and an analysis of heating uniformity is conducted. It is shown that the heating unifomlity of the film. circuit heater is good, and that the solutions of the equatlon and the graphics drawing program is reliable. The method presented in this paper can be applied to the design of the
film-circuit heater, used in the field of high precision tempemture control.
