Abstract:
In order to ensure the success of the flight mission, it is necessary to check the ability of the satellite in conforming the mechanical environment. This paper presents the design of the mechanical environmental tests and analyses of the test results, according to the requirements of a certain
micro-satellite on the mechanical environment. Meanwhile,
the optical theodolite is used to measure the precision of the satellite structure before and after the tests. The results of the measurements and tests have not only validated the initial prototype structure, but also identified the problems and the solutions during the tests. This dynamic environmental tests provide a reliable basis for the formal prototype satellite structural optimization design.
