空间机构集成技术的发展及建议

The advance of integration technology for space mechanisms

  • 摘要: 空间机构集成技术对空间机构的可靠性至关重要。随着大型桁架展开机构、大面积柔性太阳电池阵、长寿命高性能伺服机构、大型空间机械臂、空间智能探测器等新型部件的出现,对空间机构集成技术提出了新的要求,使得空间机构集成技术日益成为制约空间机构技术发展的难点之一。文章对目前空间机构集成技术的现状和发展需求进行分析,指出重点发展的方向并提出发展建议。

     

    Abstract: The integration technology is critical to the reliability of space mechanisms. With the emergence of the large-scale deployable support truss, the large-scale flexible solar array, the long life servo mechanism with good performance, the large space manipulator and space intelligent probe, the space mechanism integration technology faces new challenges and becomes a key issue in the development of space technology. This paper reviews the present state and the potential development of the space mechanism integration technology, and proposes the future development direction.
