A new projectile/sabot aerodynamic separating technique in hypervelocity impact experiments

摘要: 文章自主研发了一种新型的气动力弹丸与弹托分离技术。在北京卫星环境工程研究所的φ18 mm二级轻气炮上应用该技术在3~7 km/s的速度内可以成功分离直径在3~10 mm的弹丸,弹托分离非常干净,分离成功率达100%。对比分析显示,该技术分离效果优于目前公开报道的其它技术。Abstract: A new projectile/sabot aerodynamic separating technique in hypervelocity impact experiment is developed. By using this technique, the Al spheres with diameters of 3 mm to 10 mm are separated with sabot successfully in the velocity ranges of 3~7 km/s, on the two-stage-light-gas gun with 18 mm caliber in the Beijing Institute of Spacecraft Environment Engineering. This technique is favorably compared with the existing sabot separating results.
