大型卫星整流罩分离冲击载荷分析研究

The studies on the impact force for separation of the large payload fairing

  • 摘要: 文章利用工程热力学理论计算了运载火箭整流罩分离用爆炸螺栓的冲击力,同时采用了单只爆炸螺栓冲量测试数据,运用动力学响应分析的直接积分法和NASTRAN有限元程序对Φ3800整流罩在16只爆炸螺栓起爆分离下引起的弹射筒锁紧销动载荷进行了仿真分析。分析与试验结果对比分析表明,数据规律一致性较好,计算结果具有较高的可信度。文章较好地解决了高频冲击响应计算不易收敛和高阶模态精度差的问题。将分析方法应用于其它类似型号的整流罩,也具有较高的精度。

     

    Abstract: According to thermodynamics theory, the impact force for separation of the launch vehicle fair is calculated. The test data for a single explosive bolt and the method of direct integral dynamic response are combined to simulate the dynamic load on sixteen bolts during separation of a Φ3800 faiingr. Consistent results are obtained, which agree very well with the experiment results. It is shown that the methods used in this paper can improve the precision and eliminate the ill-conditioned influences.
