Abstract: The change and development of GJB 1027 is discussed in this paper, with the emphasis on the technical preparation, guiding principles, participant institutions, and feedback comments during the revision process of GJB 1027. The paper explains in detail the revision principles, target users, the standard's applicable areas, the range of test requirements, the relationship between environmental test and reliability test, test tailoring, test condition's establishment, and prototype.
