摘要: 文章对Kapton材料及镀膜Kapton材料进行了原子氧环境实验研究。通过采用SEM、XPS、光谱计、微量电子天平、高阻计对实验前后的样品进行了表面形貌、表面成分、太阳吸收率、质损、表面电阻率的分析和表征,对于Kapton材料及镀膜Kapton材料在原子氧环境效应下的退化规律有所认识。Abstract: The degradation of Kapton and plating Kapton with AO interaction is discussed. The samples before and after experiments are studied and analyzed carefully in surface morphology, surface composition, solar absorptance, mass and surface resistivity, using SEM , XPS , reflectometer , microelectronic balance and high resistance meter.
