The identification of molecular contaminant in thermal vacuum test

  • 摘要: 在真空热试验过程中进行了污染物的采集及成分分析试验。利用污染采集板收集污染物,丙酮溶液洗脱污染物,气相色谱-质谱联用方法对污染物进行成分分析。确定了整星热试验和太阳电池板热试验中的主要污染物成分为硅氧烷和邻苯二甲酸酯,并对两种污染物的影响进行了分析。
    Abstract: During thermal vacuum tests, contaminants are collected and their compositions are analyzed. The witness plate is used to collect deposits, which is then solved by acetone. The solution is analyzed using GC/MS to identify constituents of the contaminants. Main contaminants in satellite thermal vacuum tests and solar array thermal vacuum tests are identified as phthalate and siloxane, and their effects are analyzed.
