Abstract:
To study the influence of locking impact on the satellite body or devices such as SADA during the deployment of the solar array, the impact torque needs to be measured. In this paper, the strain in the hinge roots of the solar array is recorded in a locking impact test at the lock-on moment, then the locking impact torque is calculated according to the strain. Comparison between the test data and the simulation data shows that this test method is effective, and some improvement measures are proposed based on the difference of the environment of satellite in orbit and that in ground test.
