材料热膨胀系数对太阳电池板应力的影响
Effect of Thermal Property on the Stress Distribution in Solar Panel

摘要: 文章利用解析法研究了材料热膨胀系数对温度场中太阳电池板最大应力的影响。分析结果表明:聚酰亚胺及与其相邻的硅橡胶中存在最大拉压及切应力,选用较低热膨胀系数的聚酰亚胺薄膜可以显著降低结构最大应力值。Abstract: Effect of thermal property on the stress of solar panel in thermal field is studied by analytical method. The analytic results show that the maximum of tensile, press and shear stress found themselves in the layers of polyimide film and adjacent silicon rubber. Maximal stress in structure is decreased remarkably by choice of polyimide film of lower thermal expansion.
