Abstract:
The evaluation of the required thrust under specified vibration conditions is important in the design and implementation of the satellite vibration test. Based on the common thrust evaluation method, two new methods to predict the required thrust are proposed according to the application example of a high-resolution small satellite: one is by analyzing the reaction force on the satellite's constraint boundary; the other is an estimation based on the thrust of similar structural satellite. By comparing the predicted thrust and the actual one in the small satellite vibration test, some practical evaluation method of predicting the required thrust is proposed.
