载人航天器大功率智能配电单元电磁兼容性设计

EMC design of large capacity intelligent power distribution units for manned spacecraft

  • 摘要: 大功率智能配电单元是载人航天器的核心设备,其原理复杂,电磁兼容问题突出。文章针对大功率智能配电单元的3个主要功能模块,分别采取吸收、滤波、元器件合理选择、印刷电路板设计和屏蔽设计等多种措施,有效抑制了大功率智能配电单元的电磁干扰,同时解决了多个大功率DC/DC变换器并联工作时干扰叠加的问题。经测试验证,优化改进后的大功率智能配电单元的电磁兼容性能无超标点,满足电磁兼容性设计要求。

     

    Abstract: The large capacity intelligent power distribution unit is a kind of core equipment on manned spacecrafts. Its complex working principle involves a conspicuous issue of electromagnetic compatibility. With regard to the three main functional blocks of such a unit, the method of absorbing, filtering, and reasonable choice of components, the PCB board design and the shielding design are used, to effectively inhibit the electromagnetic interference. Meanwhile, the problem of the interference superimposition generated when high-power DC/DC converters are working in parallel is solved. The modification is verified by experiments and it is shown that there are no overrun work points, which indicates that the EMC design of the large capacity intelligent power distribution unit meets the EMC requirements.
