卫星热试验平台水平调节控制系统设计

The design of the Level Control System for Satellite’s Thermal Test Platform

  • 摘要: 该系统属于卫星地面真空热试验辅助系统,用于实时补偿卫星热试验过程中因温差过大而引起的星体安装支架变形所导致的水平度超差,以避免热管工作失效。本系统以Siemens S7-300PLC和Intellution iFIX3.0组态软件为核心构建。PLC作为下位机,完成水平度参数的处理和水平调节的控制;iFIX软件系统在上位机中实现系统的组态、系统信息的采集处理和人机交互。系统还解决了试验中关键仪器设备的保温和热交换的抑制问题。通过在卫星热试验中的应用,表明该系统能够很好地对温度变化引起的卫星热管水平度超差进行补偿,保证试验成功进行。

     

    Abstract: This system is an accessory system for vacuum thermal test of satellite, which is used to make a real-time compensation for level errors of the satellite supporting frame due to the large temperature difference and to avoid the failure of heat pipes. The system is constructed based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and Intellution iFIX3.0 industrial automation software. As a console computer, PLC deals with the parameters of level angle and controls the level adjustment. In the master computer, the software system of iFIX controls the system’s processes, acquires and handles the system’s information, and realizes the communication between man and machines. The problems of temperature maintenance of important facilities and of restraining heat exchange are solved in the level control system. The thermal test results show that the heat pipe’s level error due to the large temperature difference is well compensated by using the level control system, which ensures the success of the satellite’s thermal test.
