载人航天器密封舱CO2扩散规律仿真研究

Simulation of carbon dioxide dispersion in manned spacecraft

  • 摘要: 文章以载人航天器密封舱为研究对象,采用k-ε湍流模型、组分输运模型及自定义函数边界对空间站密封舱内航天员代谢产物CO2的分布规律进行了数值仿真,结果表明:45°角送风及舱间通风交换方案形成的流场可以保证舱内CO2成分的有效传质,航天员两侧舱壁附近的CO2浓度相对较高,异舱放置CO2净化设备的方法可以满足CO2控制需求。研究结果可以为载人航天器CO2传感器以及净化装置的布置以及通风形式的优化提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The k-ε turbulence model, the species transport model and a user-defmed function are employed to simulate the dispersion of CO2 contaminant in a manned spacecraft. The results are as follows. The 45° eject flow in the single cabin and the airflow exchange between adjacent cabins can have a highly effective transfer of species; the concentration of CO2 near the cabin wall on the right or left side ofthe astronauts is a little higher than that in the other regions; the CO2-purilying device Can satisfy the requirements of the CO2 control when it is installed in another unmanned cabin. The study may provide some guidelines for organizing the CO2 purifying devices and CO2 sensors in manned space station cabins and for improving the airflow scheme.
