动力学环境试验技术在航天器结构故障诊断中的应用

Application of dynamic environmental test technology to fault diagnosis of spacecraft structure

  • 摘要: 文章概括介绍了故障诊断领域的应用发展情况,并以某航天器结构故障诊断为例,详细介绍了运用多种动力学环境试验技术对故障原因进行诊断的过程。说明有效地运用动力学环境试验技术,不但可以暴露结构设计缺陷,还可对航天器的结构故障状态进行诊断分析,准确查找出故障产生原因,为设计人员改进设计、排除故障提供有力的依据。

     

    Abstract: After a review of the development of fault diagnosis, this paper presents a detailed procedure of fault diagnosis of a spacecraft by using various dynamic environmental test technologies. The results show that not only the defects in the structural design can be identified, but also the fault state and causes of the fault for spacecraft structures can be analyzed by using dynamic environmental test technologies, which will help engineers to avoid faults and improve the design.
