固-液相变装置传热性能数值计算研究

Numerical study on heat transfer characteristics of solid-liquid phase change material container

  • 摘要: 卫星内安装的某些设备在轨长期工作时要求维持较恒定的温度,特别是热容较小的设备受外热流影响温度波动会比较大,文章在传统热控设计的基础上增加了相变装置,利用焓法建立了设备、蜂窝板、相变装置统一的控制方程,研究了空间环境下相变装置的热性能。结果表明:采用相变装置有助于提高散热面的等温性,同时能够有效降低设备的温度波动范围,为航天器内设备的热控设计提供了一定依据。

     

    Abstract: A constant temperature working environment is required for the equipments mounted in the satellite on orbit. The external heat flux will affect greatly the temperature of the equipments with small heat capacity. The phase change material (PCM) container is used in the thermal control design based on traditional methods. The governing equations for equipments, honeycomb panel and PCM container are derived by using enthalpy method and the heat transfer characteristics of PCM container in space are studied. The results show that the isothermal properties are improved and the temperature fluctuation is reduced by using PCM container. This research could provide a basis for the thermal control design of equipments mounted in spacecraft.
