某卫星不同受力环境下精度测试方法的新思路

A New Approach for Precision Measurements for a Satellite under Different Pressure Conditions

  • 摘要: 文章简要介绍了卫星精度测试过程中不同受力(包括空载、满载、充气、不充气)环境下所采取的一些新的精测思路,并通过具体的分析和计算,确定了不同的精测方法和步骤,其中涉及多基准的建立、转换及变形量的补偿等。共使用了7块立方镜、建立了4个基准,分步解决了卫星重力变形、卫星充气变形对精度造成的影响,满足该卫星的总装精度测量要求。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a new precision measuring method is presented for a new satellite under various conditions of unload and full-load, air-filled and non-air-filled. Different measuring programs and steps are introduced based on analysis and accurate calculation to avoid influences of gravity deformation and inflatable deformation on the precision measurements by using seven cubic mirrors and four multi-base, coordinate transformations and the compensation of satellite structure deformation.
