星用外露电缆线环境应力筛选(ESS)试验技术

摘要: 为考察航天器外露电缆能否承受低于-140 ℃的温度,特别是温差近200 ℃的温度冲击,进行了星用外露电缆线的环境应力筛选(ESS)试验工作。针对此次试验任务紧的特点研制了功能齐全的具有温度冷、热冲击的基本功能、并可实现温度测量和数据采集自动控制、具备报警功能的专用设备。试验结果表明:该设备运行可靠,并且节省了70%的试验时间和80%的试验费用。Abstract: The environment stress screen of cables outside of satellite has been tested against the temperature shocks of 200 ℃ temperature difference. Special equipment is developed to meet the test requirement with respect to temperature shock, automatic control of temperature measurement and data acquisition, and automatic alarm. The results show that test duration is decreased by 70%, and test expense is saved up to 80%.
