Abstract:
Cyclone separators, with a simple structure but a complex working mechanism, are widely used in environment dust purification treatments. In order to improve the cyclone dust cleaning efficiency, a CFD-based simulation analysis is carried out for the working of the cyclone separator, and the internal gas-solid dual phase flow distribution parameter nephogram is obtained. The parameter distribution cloud images are analyzed. Through repeated simulation analyses of these parameters and their boundary conditions, the optimal design scheme of the cyclone separator is finally determined, which improves the efficiency of the dust purification with less energy consumption. Satisfactory results are obtained after the scheme is applied in practical products.
