Abstract:
Among various methods of state monitoring and fault diagnosis for rotating components, the vibration analysis technique has the advantages of simplicity and reliability with respect to signal acquisition, data processing, fault identification and diagnosis, especially, for non-stop machine-line monitoring and diagnosis alarming systems. With this technology, the state scanning radiometer of FengYun-II satellite, with the frequency of 67 Hz and 200 Hz, is monitored by measuring the acceleration to monitor and diagnose faults.
