Abstract: The paper presents the idea of modularity, establishes the model of spacecraft general assembly maturity. As an important way to increase the managerial flexibility and the competition capability of an enterprise, the modularization is based on the characteristics of spacecraft general assembly. According to the results of experimental tests, the specialization has a significant value in training the assembly personnel and optimizing the resources.
