模糊综合评价法在液体推进剂罐区 风险评价中的应用

Application of the fuzzy overall evaluation method for liquid propellant storage risk

  • 摘要: 文章通过分析了液体推进剂贮存罐区风险因素的层次关系,将影响推进剂罐区安全的因素划分为人员素质、安全管理、罐区设备、储存设备、充装过量等不同的层次。通过层次分析法确定上述各影响因素的权重,运用模糊综合评价思想方法对液体推进剂贮存罐区风险进行了评价。结果表明,:液体推进剂贮存罐区风险为第2二等级,风险较大;其在诸多影响因素中,安全管理所占的权重最大,其次权重为按人员素质、充装过量、罐区设备、存储设备逐渐减小。最后,文章对提出了事故的预防提出了有效针对性的事故的措施。

     

    Abstract: By analyzing the hierarchy of safety factors in an oil depot, five categories are identified, that is, personnel, safety administration, store equipments, station equipments and over loading. The method for analyzing hierarchy process (AHP) is used to confirm the weights of evaluation factors, and the overall evaluation method based on the fuzzy analysis is used to evaluate the risk grade, and finally, the accident risk evaluation result for liquid propellant store is obtained. The result indicates that the risk degree is in the second level, which means a “bigger” risk and a hazard process. And the key point in the calculation is the safety administration aspects, with the human ability, over loading as well as the contingency to follow in order of importance. Finally, some comments are made on how to prevent accident.
