激光模拟单粒子效应试验研究

Laser Simulation of Single-Event Effect Testing

  • 摘要: 脉冲激光模拟单粒子效应是单粒子效应地面实验模拟中新近才发展起来的一种方法。本文主要介绍脉冲激光模拟单粒子效应的基本原理、实用性及特点,结合实验室从俄罗斯引进的激光模拟单粒子效应试验系统。 选取了几种典型星用器件,在国内首次开展了激光模拟单粒子效应试验研究,研究表明脉冲激光模拟方法是一种有效、安全、经济、方便的地面模拟单粒子效应的方法,它可以很大程度上弥补了传统地面模拟单粒子效应方法的不足,是地面评估星用器件和集成电路抗辐射加固的另一重要方法。

     

    Abstract: As a newly developed method, the pulse laser simulation of Single-Event Effect (SEE) is introduced in this paper, with its basic principle, applications and features. The laser simulation system (LSS) in our laboratory is bought from Russia. The test results show that the pulse laser simulation technique is effective, safe, economical and convenient, and can be a key method of evaluating the radiation hardening of integrated circuit of spacecraft on the ground.
