Abstract: The design scheme of KM6 solar simulator is presented in the paper, where an off-axis and collimation optical system is used to meet some advanced technological requirement. The key techniques in the design of mechanical structures, cool system, electro-control system, optical adjustment and optical measurement equipment are dicussed, and the finite element analysis is carried out to optimize the design.
