Abstract:
The armature of 200 kN shaker is modeled and a finite element analysis is carried out using the software of Solidworks and Cosmosworks, and the model is modified based on the modal test results. The driving force spectrum under the control force of 1 g is obtained from the transfer functions and response curves, which are obtained by dynamic response simulation of the armature. For validating the above calculation, a sine sweep test is carried out by using the driving force spectrum, and the results show that the response curves of the reference points agree very well with the actual case.
