Abstract:
In order to improve the response level in the shock response spectrum(SRS) test using electrodynamics vibration generator, a dynamic model of an electrodynamics shaker and its auxiliary resonant fixture is established by the finite element method(FEM). Firstly, the simulations of SRS test are carried out based on the shaker’s dynamic characteristics, then the feasibility of high level SRS test is discussed by applying the resonant fixture on the electrodynamics shaker. The results show that the resonant fixture could improve the shaker's capability in the SRS test.
