在航天器总装过程中应用虚拟装配技术的设想

A Vision of Using Virtual Assembly Technology in Spacecraft Assembly

摘要: 虚拟装配技术在最近十几年得到迅速的发展，国外在该领域已经取得丰硕的成果。文中首先提出在航天器总装中应用虚拟装配技术的的基本设想，同时阐述了虚拟装配的内涵。此设想帮助工艺人员作为数字工人提前介入设计。数字化预装配是虚拟装配中关键的一步，也是困难的一步，它为解决工艺性问题、评价设计状态、缩短总装时间提供了有效的途径。

Abstract: The conception of virtual assembly (VA) technology has been advanced in recent ten years. The concepts of VA and the vision of applying VA technology in spacecraft assembly are presented in this paper. The digital pre-assembly in advance is a key step of VA, which provides an effective way of solving technological problems, evaluating design states, and shortening assembly time.
