Abstract:
Surface resistivity is one of the important parameters of thermal control coatings. Due to the special environment of the spacecrafts, it is required to measure the surface resistivity of thermal control coatings in situ. This paper discusses the in-situ measurement of surface resistivity by connecting the copper electrodes and the sample through the electric silver glue, then connecting the two electrodes to the measuring circuit through the spring steel wire. This method is verified by the measurement of ITO/Kapton/Al and white paint S781, and the influence factors are analyzed.
