“风云二号”卫星噪声试验高频段控制问题研究

High frequency control of acoustic test of FY-2 satellite

  • 摘要: 文章对“风云二号” 04卫星噪声试验进行了回顾,其声谱控制未能完全满足试验大纲要求的原因主要有硬件配置、控制系统参数设置等方面。经过理论分析和调试检验,决定从3个方面来解决,即:高频电气换能器EPT-200作为必须参试的设备;试验过程中电气换能器的工作介质(液氮汽化并升温后的氮气)压力不能太低;控制参数可根据试验前调试的情况作适当的修正。最终圆满完成了该型号05卫星以及06卫星的噪声试验。

     

    Abstract: The high frequency sound pressure level (SPL) fails to achieve the required spectrum of acoustic test of FY-2(04) satellite, due to hardware configuration, control system settings, and other factors. A theoretical analysis shows that the following three measures are in order, namely, high-frequency electropneumatic transducer EPT-200 should be used; N2 flow rate or pressure should be high enough; the control system parameters should be adjusted according to pre-tests. The acoustic tests of FY-2(05) and FY-2(06) satellites are finally completed.
