Abstract:
The process design of spacecraft products is usually characterized by high repeatability and low efficiency due to a large number of descendable models with each of a small batch production size. To deal with that problem, a parameterized approach for the process design is proposed in this paper based on the modularization of typical technologies. Through a proper selection of criteria in the division of assembly units, an effective scheme for the division and identification of typical assembly units can be formed, and the assembly process planning based on typical technologies is achieved. The application of the method is illustrated in an example of the fabrication of thermal control multi-layers for Tiangong-I target spacecraft. It is shown that this method is feasible, and can enhance efficiency of the process design.
