基于激光雷达的卫星发动机精度测量方法

Alignment precision measurement method of satellite engine based on laser radar

  • 摘要: 针对卫星发动机精度测量要求,文章提出了一种基于激光雷达的测量方法。首先利用多个已知位置的靶球建立卫星测量基准坐标系;之后利用高精度平面镜的隐藏点扫描测量功能获取发动机的内部轮廓点云图;最后利用Spatial Analyzer专业测量软件计算出发动机内部的关键几何中心轴线方向。测试结果表明,该测量方法具有较好的精度和重复性,可用于卫星发动机的精度测量。

     

    Abstract: The measuremem principle of the laser radar and its application in the satellite engine alignment precision test are discussed in this paper. A measuring approach is proposed according to the alignmem precision measuremem requirements for satellite engines. First, a benchmark coordinate frame of the satellite is established by using some target balls at known places. Then, an inner profile point cloud of the engine is obtained by using the hidden point scan function of the high-precision plane mirror. Finally, the directions of the inner key geometry cemer axes arc calculated with the Spatial Analyzer software. The measuremem results show that this method can be used in the alignment precision measurement for satellite engines with high precision and good repeatability.
