Abstract:
The large sealed cabin of space station calls for high processing precision of the panel wall. Based on the plastic bending theory, the plastic bending process was analyzed for the interlaced stiffened panel wall. The interval between the expanded neutral layer and the inboard surface was calculated by a simplified algorithm, and the exact expanding length was decided with that value. Comparing with the testing data, it shows that the precision of the simplified arithmetic theory can satisfy the processing of the product, which can provide guidance for the expanding arithmetic of similar structures.
