卫星真空热试验用红外加热笼抗热干扰设计

Anti-disturbance design of infrared heating cage in vacuum thermal test for satellite

  • 摘要: 目前在卫星真空热试验中,通常采用红外加热笼进行外热流模拟,但由于红外笼与空间环境模拟器热沉之间及相邻红外笼加热区之间的热干扰而会产生模拟误差。文章利用EFD.Lab软件针对热干扰问题进行了仿真分析,提出了红外笼补偿边(“裙边”)和防辐射屏设计的两项改进措施,并通过试验验证了抗热干扰措施的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The software of EFD.lab is used in the simulation analysis of the disturbance in the heating regions in infrared radiate arrays. The proposed measures with respect to compensation border and radiation protection screen are validated by experiments.
