Abstract: The motion mechanism of a vacuum vessel gate is chosen according to the gate type, the gate size, the site conditions and other requirements. In order to satisfy the market demand, some new gate motion mechanisms were developed to solve some practical problems with good results. This paper discusses the design principles of three motion mechanisms for the vacuum vessel gate, their structure styles and the working principle.
