力限控制方法试验验证技术研究

The Application of Force Limited Method in Vibration Test

  • 摘要: 文章以某型号承力筒纵向振动力限控制试验为例,对力限控制试验平台进行了介绍,包括力限试验夹具及力测量设备(FMD)、力信号采集和处理技术、力传感器校准技术等。对承力筒力限控制试验结果和加速度控制试验结果进行比较,指出力限控制方法对控制精度和试验结果的影响,并探讨了在我国航天器振动试验中应用力限控制方法需要面对的问题及可能的解决办法,为力限试验验证技术的深入开展提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Taking the vibration test in the vertical direction of a satellite central tube as an example, the test platform to implement the force limited vibration test is presented, including the fixture and FMD, force signal acquisition and processing, force transducer calibrating. The control precision and test results of the force limited method are compared with those of the acceleration controlled method. The problems of the force limited method to be used in spacecraft vibration tests are discussed.
