留轨舱通风系统参数优化及回路设计

Parameter optimization and circuit design of the ventilation system of a target flight vehicle

  • 摘要: 文章在介绍留轨舱通风系统原理的基础上,采用带风管道的通风回路方案进行设计。以人活动区为例对送风参数和送风量进行优化,结果显示,送风量受送风温差的影响较大,当温差从1℃开始增大时,送风量急剧减少,温差达到4~5℃后送风量变化趋缓,而送风量随舱内设计参数的影响较小。文章还对气流组织方式和风道系统进行设计,最终采用上底角集中双侧送风、下底角集中双侧回风的气流组织方式。

     

    Abstract: For the ventilating system of the target flight vehicle, a piping air circulation scheme is adopted. Taking the human-active area as an example, the air parameters and the volume are optimized. The results show that the air volume depends heavily on its temperature. When the temperature difference between output air and indoor air increases from 1℃, the air volume decreases significantly. However, when the temperature difference reaches 4~5℃, the decreasing trend becomes no longer so evident. There is a slight correlation between air volume and indoor air parameters. The paper also discusses the design of the final air flow and piping organization, a double-sided air outlet is proposed to be put on the corners above, while the corresponding double-sided air inlet is put at the nether corners.
