长时间累积检漏技术的可行性研究

摘要: 随着载人航天器向大型化和长时间在轨的方向发展,现有总漏率测试方法的检漏灵敏度已经不能满足设计需求,通过延长总漏率测试时间提高灵敏度的方法亟需研究。文章从理论分析和试验验证两个方面研究了长时间累积检漏技术的可行性,为后续大型航天器检漏提供参考。Abstract: With the increase of the size of a manned spacecraft and its adoption of a long-term orbit, the sensitivity of the total leak rate detection method may not be able to satisfy the requirement of the design. So one should improve the sensitivity by prolonging the test time. This paper shows its feasibility based on theoretical analysis and test data. This method can be used for large spacecraft's leak detections.
