Abstract: This paper first shows that the stainless steel pipe and copperplate structure are becoming the main components of the new heat sink, and molding technique is the key of their manufacturing. The key technique is explained through two methods of welding and forming. The design principles, material selections, wing molding, the structure of copperplate and stainless steel pipe, wing bending and electric control are discussed.
