气动冲击试验系统输入特征对冲击谱形的影响

Effects of input parameters in a pneumatic shock test system on shock response spectrum characteristics

  • 摘要: 气动垂直冲击试验系统因其开环控制方式、结构复杂且试验容差要求严格,致使冲击谱形调试非常困难。为此,选取对冲击谱形影响明显的3个输入特征(气源压力、毛毡厚度和弹头质量),在不同转接工装下采用控制变量的方式进行试验研究,旨在发现这3个特征对冲击谱形的一般影响规律。研究结果表明,这3个特征对冲击谱形的影响存在耦合效应,但不同结构下,单一特征对冲击谱形的影响规律在其他特征改变时存在明显共性,依据共性规律可对冲击谱形的调试提供指导性意见。

     

    Abstract: The pneumatic vertical shock test system, due to its open-loop control, complex structure, and stringent test tolerance requirements, makes shock response spectrum (SRS) tuning particularly challenging. To address this, three key input parameters–gas source pressure, felt thickness, and impactor mass–were experimentally investigated using a controlled-variable approach on different transfer fixtures to determine their effects on the SRS. The results reveal significant coupling effects between these parameters. Notably, despite structural variations, each parameter consistently effects the SRS. These findings, corroborated by structural dynamic analysis, provide practical guidelines for SRS calibration.
