采用Nomex套管的航天器随动式供电电缆百kW级热羽流冲击防护研究

Protection of spacecraft servo power supply cable for hundred kW thermal plume shock using Nomex sleeve

  • 摘要: 针对某卫星随动式供电电缆在百kW级热羽流冲击下难以采用传统隔热型热防护产品的难题,文章提出采用Nomex套管进行热防护的设计方案。通过热分析计算选定了合适的Nomex套管产品;部件级、系统级发动机羽流试验验证结果表明,应用该方案可有效降低电缆温度,满足不超过200 ℃的防护要求,并具有50 ℃以上的设计余量,同时保证了电缆的热耗排散和运动功能。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenge of protecting a satellite’s servo power supply cable from hundred kW thermal plume impact, where traditional thermal insulation materials prove inadequate, a thermal protection design using Nomex sleeves was proposed in this paper. Thermal analysis calculations were conducted to select an appropriate Nomex sleeve product. Component-level and system-level engine plume tests demonstrate that the proposed scheme effectively reduces the cable temperature, meeting the protection requirement of less than or equal to 200 ℃, providing a design margin of over 50 ℃. It also ensures the cable’s heat dissipation and motion functions.
