卫星低气压与真空放电安全性设计分析

Safety design and analysis of low pressure and vacuum discharge for satellites

  • 摘要: 卫星低气压与真空放电因客观环境因素诱发,危险源无法消除,风险无法避免;但开展相关安全性设计分析可以有效降低风险。文章提出一种基于故障致因理论的安全性设计方法,以问题导向为核心,推动挖掘导致卫星低气压与真空放电故障的不同原因,深入分析每一种放电防护设计的安全性要素和风险,以便制定有效措施,防范风险。最后结合实例,采用统计分析、工程分析和数学分析等方法,挖掘和查摆卫星低气压与真空放电原因,进行风险预评和控制措施设计与验证,结果表明该方法有效可行。

     

    Abstract: Low pressure and vacuum discharge of satellites is induced by environmental factors. The caused hazards cannot be eliminated so that the risks cannot be avoided. A safety design method based on the fault causation theory was proposed in this article. It is to explore various causes of fault phenomena aiming to solve the main problems encountered. The safety elements and risks of each discharge protection design were deeply analyzed in order to formulate effective measures to prevent the risks. Finally, taking a specific satellite as an example, statistical analysis, engineering analysis, and mathematical analysis were used to investigate the causes of low pressure and vacuum discharge for satellites. Meanwhile, the risk pre-evaluation in addition to control measure design and verification were carried out. It is demonstrated that the proposed method is effective and feasible.
