Abstract:
For wall-mounted satellite launch utilizing point-connection, there exist significant differences in the acceleration spectra among various satellite-rocket joints during the launch process. It might cause “over test” to use traditional methods to formulate the acceleration spectra for vibration tests. Thus, a design method for vibration test based on force limited control was proposed in this paper. First, the satellite-rocket interfacial force was obtained by satellite-rocket coupling analysis. Then, the force limited control was applied to the main frequency of the satellite, while the pre-notching acceleration spectrum was used for the other frequency bands of the satellite. The proposed force limited control method was practiced to the vibration test of a point connection wall-mounted launched satellite, whose test data proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the method. The presented study may provide a reference for the subsequent ground verification of batch launched satellites.
