Abstract:
With a view to the strict thermal environmental requirements for electronic equipment cabin of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), the finite volume method was applied for solving the temperature governing equations in this paper. Considering the specific features of material structure and the boundary conditions for the UAV electronic equipment cabin, the numerical simulation analysis was conducted via FLUENT software. On this basis, a heat dissipation scheme of building a bracket as the support was proposed, and then the thermal environment inside the electronic equipment cabin was simulated. The results indicate that the surface temperature of the electronic equipment can be reduced by 4 ℃ with the use of the bracket. The proposed research may provide a reference for the thermal design of electronic equipment cabin in aerospace field.
