Abstract:
In the thermal vacuum test of the phased array antenna, the heat dissipation radiator does not take part in the test. To ensure the temperature consistency of the phased array antenna between in the ground thermal vacuum test and in-orbit flight, a temperature control method was proposed by using a liquid cooling plate combined with a radiant heat sink and a conductive heat sink in vacuum chamber. The thermal vacuum test results show that the phased array antenna exhibits good temperature control state. The temperature fluctuation is ±0.8 ℃, which meets the requirement of less than 2 ℃. The proposed method achieves the purpose of ground thermal vacuum test.
